- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We were referred to Ross Zimmerman now part of the Mettle group because they work with physicians. We worked with Ross for a year while our home was being built. We paid to lock in an interest rate. Three weeks before closing Ross left the company. Not only he but everyone in the Mettle group. I talked to Citywide everyday making sure things were ready to go. They did not provide correct documents over and over again. We moved in and 10 days later they still could not get the numbers right. A+B-C=D. That simple. We spoke with the CEO Teressa Whitehead and she couldn't get it after being on the phone for two hours with the builder. We finally signed with the number still not correct. I would give them a -10 if I could. The worst mortgage experience ever!By Amy Morris, May 13, 2017
