- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Zero stars if I could. Run! They will lie to you. I met them at the home show. The loan officer said he knew what he was doing and assured us that we had no red flags with our VA loan. We made an offer, paid for inspections and he gave the go to order an appraisal. Over $600 later, Turns out he's never really done a VA and lied to us that he even got a letter of eligibility from the VA. He would spit out lies about dates and figures, going off our old income. I asked him many times to send us his correspondence from the VA to get exact details on when we qualify but he's not even responding now.By L Miller, August 08, 2017
